Yes.


I can currently build Python, Qt, vtk, silo, netcdf, netcdf_cxx, hdf5 in
debug mode.

For example, When Windows creates a debug hdf5 library it adds the "_d"
extension. And there is no way to link VisIt with this library without the
commit.
